Return-to-School Surveys
We have extended the deadline for the back-to-school survey for pre-kindergarten through first-graders.
Surveys for all grade levels must be completed and submitted by Friday, March 5.
The surveys allow families to indicate if they plan for their scholars to return to in-person instruction twice a week or if they plan for their scholars to remain home and stay with fully remote instruction.
If we don’t receive your completed survey by Friday, we will determine that your scholar will be staying home with fully remote instruction.
Therefore, we will not be able to provide transportation for your scholar and cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your scholar in school.
Once you select either the remote or in-person option, you will have to stay with that option for the remainder of the school year.

YCSD's Return to School Frequently Asked Questions Regreso a la escuela de YCSD Preguntas frecuentes
YCSD SCHOOL ATTENDANCE CAMPAIGN YCSD is encouraging our scholars and families to be mindful of the importance of school attendance. The more students attend school or participate in remote education experiences, the more prepared they are for success beyond school. We need ALL of our scholars to log in to ALL of their classes every day. Attendance is just as important during remote learning as it is when school buildings are open and students are sitting at their desks. Scholars can’t learn if they aren’t in school or logging in. It’s NOT too late to graduate—but you have to be in class to PASS! If you haven’t been able to go to school online each day, don’t miss this chance to advance to the next grade. Attendance is a must to be promoted to the next grade level. Don’t let poor school attendance hold you back a year. If you haven’t been attending school online, know that WE MISS YOU! #AttendanceCounts #YCSDFamily Requesting A Device For Your Scholar Requesting Home Internet Access Remote Support
